Our Architecture Delivery Framework
Our Architects will typically engage in the following activities/processes but not limited to the following:
The Architect will review your Business Architecture, Business requirements, Functional and Non Functional Requirements or Agile User Stories from your product backlog for your projects and engage with your project team. The Architect will provide a high level roadmap of the proposed workflow approach for the Architecture deliverables, scope out the required deliverables, dependencies, timescales etc which will give your project team the visibility it needs from a delivery perspective.
The Architect will propose a high level solution design that delivers the required technical capabilities and services and submit to the Technical Design Authority for approval and follow up any additional processes and requirements as part of Architecture Governance and Project Management Requirements.
The Architect will engage with your Enterprise Architecture team to ensure that the proposed solution is in alignment with the enterprise business/IT Strategy and the Architecture Roadmap.
The Architect will work with your technical stakeholders/project teams (s) via architecture workshops to develop Architecture Use Cases to baseline design architecture requirements
The Architect will develop the relevant high level and detailed architecture design documentations complying with your internal architecture governance, project management processes.
