We are a cohort of Security and Solution Architecture experts, Enterprise Architecture consultants and  Cloud practitioners  involved in  architecture designing of Cloud, On Premise and third party COTS solutions for Digital, Business, Cloud Migration, Data and Security Transformation programmes. Our Core deliverables are produced within the Design Phase of the Software Architecture Development Lifecycle (SADL)

Agile Solution Security Architecture

Our Security experts build  High Level and Low Level Design documentations based on  Solution Requirements, Agile User Stories, Functional and Non Functional Requirements. They get involved in submitting architecture designs to the Technical Design Authority in order to get approval of the target Solutions designs. Our Architects conduct Architectural reviews on existing legacy designs to identify design gaps within the current environments. They deliver Architecture workshops to testers, developers and senior leaders to elicit architecture design requirements. Many of our architects are very adept in using architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, SOA, ESB and implement relevant guiding principles and best practices to ensure the proposed target solution design align to industry best practices. 

Our experts deliver end to end solution designs in the areas of data, security, network and system architecture and are generalists therefore have very broad and diverse technical understanding of Solution Architecture.  

Cloud Security Architecture

Our Cloud Architects help clients migrate from legacy environments into Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure and Alicloud Environments. Our Architects are typically involved in building the baseline architectures of the legacy environments and conduct Cloud Vendor impact assessments in order to make recommendations on the Cloud Solutions Provider. Our Cloud Architects are very hands on they  conduct design requirement workshops, engage with internal and external stakeholders and develop High Level and Low Level Cloud Architecture  Design Documents. Our Agile Architects are highly experienced and have in-depth expertise in working within Agile Project environments.

Cybersecurity Architecture Modelling

Our IT Architects and Technical Consultants are also involved in mapping the "As Is" technical landscape for enterprises that will drive the baseline architectures. Our experts are adept in various modelling notations such as UML and Archimate and will produce high level and detailed level design models that reflect the baselines views of the legacy architecture for the Application, Data, Network and Cloud environments based on frameworks such as TOGAF. Our experts also produce Architecture catalogues, Standard Operating Procedures and Technical Documentations for enterprises.
